For parcels weighing 22kg or less, we ship using Australia Post’s eParcel service. Each parcel includes a barcoded label, allowing you to track its journey in real time.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Within the same state:
- Metro or same town: 2–5 business days
- Metro to country: 2–5 business days
- Country to country: 2–5 business days
To other states:
- VIC ⇄ NSW/ACT/SA: 1–6 business days
- VIC ⇄ QLD/TAS: 1–6 business days
- Other interstate: Delivery time may vary—please check with your local post office

Aramex (formerly Fastway)

For lightweight parcels under 22kg, we also use Aramex. Upon dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Parcels over 22kg are shipped via Allied Express, one of Australia’s largest independent courier services.

You will receive an SMS or phone call prior to delivery
Suitable for large or heavy shipments

For parcels under 30kg, we may also use Team Global Express (formerly Toll).

Fast and secure delivery service
Requires non-PO Box addresses
If delivery is missed, a card will be left with re-delivery instructions
